data was analyzed using SPSS version 23.0 for descriptive analysis, and the inferential analysis was analyzed using structural equation modeling. Thus, the respective management bodies of Abyssinia Bank were work more to strengthen these service dimensions. In addition, the bank was design and implements a mechanism to increase their electronic banking customers’ confidence, knowledge, and technological skills via sustainable awareness-creation programs for using Internate banking services. The bank was also correct the system to require internet access for transfer and balance inquiries.
