Football is the most widely played sport in the world, and its popularity has led to a desire for top- notch performance. Interval training is a method of training that can be used to enhance physical fitness requirements and technical skill for football players dribbling and shooting. However, manbuk male football club trainees had not technical skill and perform poorly on the football field. This study aims to investigate the impact of interval training method on dribbling skill. A pure experimental design was employed, with 24 participants selected through comprehensive sampling. The participants undergo a 12- week training program, and their speed dribbling and zigzag dribbling were assessed through pre- and post- test evaluations. The data collected was analyzed using descriptive statistics and SPSS 26 version software. The study involved a control group and an experimental group, with the experimental group undergoing interval training. The results showed significant improvements in dribbling, as indicated by speed dribbling and zigzag dribbling performance, and increased the mean value from 5.1758 second to4.9483 second. The p- value for the comparison between pre- and speed dribbling in the experimental group was highly significant (p = 0.020), indicating a significant improvement in dribbling and increased the mean value of zigzag dribbling13.3983second to 13.0258 second. The p- value for the comparison between pre- and post- zigzag dribbling indicating a significant improvement in dribbling in the experimental group was highly significant (p = 0.037), interval exercise has a positive effect on speed and zigzag dribbling in male football players and significant improvements in speed and zigzag dribbling compared to the control group. Based on the positive effects of interval exercise on speed and zigzag dribbling in male football players, coaches and trainers should consider including interval training methods in their training routines, considering individual needs and abilities, regularly assessing progress, and ensure proper technique and safety measures are in place.
